Open the rear hatch and you will see the retaining screws inside the door frame.
You can then drop the light out to get access to the bulbs. If no bulbs are bad then you may have a bad circuit board.

The light assy has to be removed to take the bulbs out.
You have to open the rear hatch like you would to replace the reg. brake lights. Screws should be accessible once hatch is fully open.

Check the brake light switch on the brake pedal. Might have to replace it.
