Note: This mirror is interchangable between multiple years of suburbans (GMC and Chevy) and may likely be interchangeable with other models (Trucks, Tahoes, Yukons, etc) as well. GM pretty much uses (or used) this same mirror on many late model vehicles and thus has not released the rights to 3rd party suppliers (usually have 7 years after production before allowing 3rd party to produce).
Remove the inside door panel of your Chevy Cavalier. Remove the drivers side mirror wiring harness, if the mirror is electric. Remove the drivers side mirror retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new drivers side mirror.
