There is two clips that you have to take off the back of the headlight. then the whole thing will come out so you can get to the light that you are trying to replace.

Ok look under the steering wheel, there is a small pull out box, open and there should be a silver round large looking THING (flasher), pull that out and replace the flasher its about $5. Super easy, just unplug used flasher, replace with new flasher. Turn signals fixed! Hope this helps.
It is built into the multifunction switch which controls your signals,high beams,cruise,etc...have to replace entire unit.
