I would think you would start by removing the heads, unplugging any wires or connectors that may be in your way "mark them as you remove them to avoid confussion". and as you replace the gaskets make sure that the surface of the block is completely clean. When you put the head back on, be sure to torque all the bolts to OEM's specifications. Then connect all your wires and connectors to there proper connector partners, then your finished.
