You have to remove the top and bottom cover that is around the steering column. Phillips screws are located on the underside of the column. The ring that is around the ignition switch needs to be removed. The light switch is part of the turn signal and bright/dim switch whole assembly. Nissan dealership is the only place I could find a replacement. This item is a very popular part at salvage yards.
