This is a simple do it yourself job.
First you need to locate you blower motor heater which should be under the dashboard passenger side, you might have to remove a peice of trim.
There should be three screws that will remove it.
It should come out in one peice and you have to remove the fan blade that looks like hamster wheel.
Buy new part ( bring old part in to ensure you have the right one)
install new part buy plugging the blower motor in and reinstall ( You might have two blade into the adapter from you old motor)
enjoy the heat, and tell everyone where exactly you blower motor is,
p.s take lots of pictures so you have a reference when reinstalling
For the 1989 Dodge Ram, the heater blower motor resistor can be found on the passenger's side, on the bottom of the heater box. It is beside the blower motor.

It is on the Right side of the Heater Core Covering.
To replace the heater blower motor: First unplug the wire connectors. Then remove the screws and the motor will pull out. Reverse the process to reinstall the blower motor.

On the Dodge Ram truck, the heater fuse for the blower is on the fuse panel on top of the battery. There is also a blower motor resistor on the blower motor. The fuse to control the heat control panel is in the fuse box in the dash.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1980 Chevy Camaro heater blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
RIGHT BESIDE THE BLOWER MOTOR UNDER PASSENGER SIDE OF DASH
should be the connector in the ac housing closest to the blower motor
replace heater relay and or heater blower motor
There is a fuse under the hood for the blower motor.
The 1998 Dodge Neon does not have a relay. It does have a blower motor resistor that could be bad.
