get a standard paper clip and straighten one fold so you have a handle and a small length of wire. disconnect the positive battery terminal, turn the ignition to the "on position", on the underside of the ignition switch there is a small pin. use the paperclip to push this up into the steering column and gently wiggle and pull the ignition assembly away from the steering coulmn. good luck
