Ignition relay is probably shot. It is in the power distribution block in the motor comprtment.
Relay being activated
The cruise control relay on a 1994 F150 is operated by a switch behind the horn pad and airbag on the steering wheel. The switch will probably need replacement if the cruise control in your vehicle is malfunctioning.
There is a backup light switch on the transmission.

The 2005 Ford F1 50 flasher relay switch is located below the dashboard on the drivers side of the passenger compartment. The flasher relay switch should be labeled as such.
