four bolts on the yolk on the rear end, then the driveshaft will pull out of the transmission/transfer case. make sure to put a container to catch oil where the driveshaft pulls out of. there are various types of clips on u-joints. could be inside clips, use a screwdriver or something to remove clips then a vise and a socket works good to push the caps out of the yolks. when installing new caps make sure not to knock over the needles inside it and make sure clips are in the grooves properly. if you have trouble a hammer and small punch works good to knock in place

You have to replace the whole drive shaft.
I heat the yoke eye and joint cap with a torch until the plastic oozes out then press the joint out as usual. The replacement joint will have regular retaining clips to hold the joint cap in place.
Must not be installed correctly. If the joint is not perfectly centered it will vibrate.
