To replace the window regulator in a Ford falcon depends on the model, however the process is fairly similar. 1. Remove door trim (there should be some screws along the outside edges and behind the door handle) 2. Tape the door glass to the door or have someone hold it up as the next step will let it go. 3. Remove the two bolts that attach the door glass to the regulator. 4. Disconnect the power motor connector. 5. Remove the 4 bolts that hold the regulator to the door. 6. Remove the regulator and replace, perform all steps in reverse order.

Most likely will need a new actuator/regulator. (The scissor thing that winds the window up and down) I had to replace mine. Better to get them new, but I think the driver's side one is obselete now. You'll have to remove the trim on the inside of the door, remove the glass (it's held on by 2 little plugs), and replace it.
To replace the driver's door window in a 2011 Ford Taurus SLE, start by removing the door panel. This involves unscrewing any visible screws and carefully prying off the panel to access the window mechanism. Disconnect the window's electrical connector and then carefully remove the old window from the regulator. Install the new window by reversing the steps, ensuring it’s properly aligned in the regulator before reassembling the door panel.
You take the inner door panel off. Then, there is an arm that goes up and down called the window regulator. The glass is held in by hardware on the end of the regulator. If you get a used window from the salvage yard they will be able to tell you how to put it back in. Most of the time the window is separated from the regulator and the new window dropped in from the outside when the control handle is in the down position.
