First you have to take off the interior door skin. Then you will need to remove the rivets that mount the window motor to the door. An Air chisel is the easiest way (be careful not to damage the fiberglass) but you can use a drill and a very good bit. Using the drill method you may find that you wished that you took it somewhere to have it done though. Slide the window out of the track and carefully rest it inside the door. Unbolt the vertical track. Unplug the electrical harness. Slide the rest of the regulator wheels out of the tracks and then fish the whole assembly out of the door. In the words of Mr Haynes, Assembly is the reverse of disassembly.
