Hi,
Replacing the headlight bulb on these vans is relatively easy. Once you open the hood, you will see three wing nuts that hold the turn signal assembly and the headlight assembly in place. The turn signal assembly has to be removed first by removing the wing nut that is closest to the outside of the van and then pulling the turn signal assembly straight out. It should come out easily.
Next, remove the other two wing nuts and pull the headlight assembly up and out (in that order). Once you have the assembly out, place it lens side down on a soft cloth. There is supposed to be nitrogen gas inside the assembly, so keeping it face down will help to prevent the escape of that gas.
To remove the bulb, just turn the bulb socket counter clockwise and it should come right out. Just replace the bulb with a new one and reverse the whole process to reinstall the headlamp assembly and the turn signal assembly.
