If you're talking about the headlight, the "lens cover" is not a separate part, you need to replace the whole headlight assembly.
I assume you mean HEADLIGHT LENS.. .. there are 3 bolts on the back, remove, pull out headlight. Remove clips and broken lens. Replace gasket, lens and put on clips FRONT TO BACK so you don't chip the lens. Reinstall with 3 bolts on back.
There aren't headlight covers, it all one unit. One of my lens was cracked and I had to replace the whole unit.
Where the lens meets the housing there is a seal, just replace it.

You must replace entire assembly. If your problem is just foggy lenses, you can get lens cleaning solution at auto parts store.
Open the hood and you will see two T15 screws on each side of the headlight lens (bulb housing) which act as the hinges remove the two screws, pull the bulb housing out and unplug the bulb. replace new bulb houseing in reverse.
If a plastic lens, drill a very small hole at the bottom to let water drain out. If a glass lens, you will have to replace.
