I am not a Ford man but motor mounts for a 351W engine may be what you want.
To replace the motor mounts on a 1993 Ford Bronco, first, safely lift and support the vehicle. Disconnect the battery, then remove any components obstructing access to the motor mounts, such as the air intake or exhaust. Use a jack to support the engine and carefully unbolt the old mounts from the engine and frame. Replace them with new mounts, ensuring they are properly aligned, and then reassemble everything in the reverse order.
how do you replace the freeze plugs between the transmision and motor on a 1997 f150 5.4
The 1997 Ford Taurus has for motor mounts and to transmission mounts. Worn motor mounts and transmission mounts will allow the engine and transmission to have movement.
Remove motor mounts and raise motor approximately 4 inches.
Carefully place a jack with a block of wood under the motor, loosen mounts from motor, jack motor up just enough to remove old mounts, replace mounts, lower motor onto new mounts, tighten motor to mounts. Make sure there aren't any hoses, wires, lines, etc. that may tear while lifting the motor.

You will need to unbolt the motor and transmission from their mounts. jack up the motor, drain and remove the lower oil pan. That should give you access to the pump. If your going to do it you might want to change your main barrings at the same time.
