Easy, unscrew the control panel for the cig lighter and tire pressure unit. Behind this is the blower motor. At the top of the blower motor is a tab use a screw driver to lift up on the tab slightly then grab the motor and turn counter clock wise, the motor and cage will just come out. Your wiring is probably messed up, happened to me. Locate the wires from the blower to the controls check them and replace as needed. Assuming no wiring problem check and replace the blower motor resistor.

IT IS UP UNDER THE DASH INSIDE THE VAN ON PASSANGER SIDE 3 BOLTS TO REMOVE IT POPS IN AND POPS OUT AND BE SURE TO CLEAN FILTERS INSIDE THE GLOVE BOX..
