1. Loosen the hose clamps on the two main airboxes (one at the front of the car and the other above the transmission on the drivers side).2. Disconnect the hose from the front airbox to the engine valve cover.3. Loosen the clamp that attaches the front airbox to the carburetor (there is a little space below that airbox that allows for a hand and screwdriver to get in there).4. Remove the airboxes - the front one first, then the back/side one. You should now be able to see the EGR valve at the drivers side rear corner of the engine!5. Remove the two bolts that attach the metal exhaust line to the EGR.6. Remove the hose from the top of the diaphragm - pry it carefully from the diaphragm. You should see it behind the engine near the top.7. Remove the bolts that hold the EGR to the engine block. You may need to disconnect one of the old EGR vacuum lines if it wraps around any other line.8. Install in the opposite order with a new EGR engine-side metal gasket.9. Reset the ODB-II computer.DONE AND GOOD LUCK.
