The F150 HVAC system(same as Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator) is difficult to fix in the conventional manner that requires complete removal of the dash and plenum box. There is another method for fixing the blend door other than the Heater Treater.
You go into the phlenum the same way as described, but you modify the factor door instead of buying one for over $100. Not only does it save you the cost and time from not having to remove the entire dash, but you don't have to buy the expensive replacement part. For more details ask back.
