Remove acc. belt. Remove bolt from center of bal. with a heavy duty air impact wrench. Pull off old balancer { you will not need a bal. puller on a 90 3800}. Put new one on, be sure to get the key way lined up and tighten bolt with air impact wrench and replace belt.
