Hi,
You have to remove the entire headlight assembly to get to the bulb, which is located in the back of the assembly.
There are three wing nuts that hold the assembly in, and those will have to be removed. Then remove the side signal assembly first, then the headlight assembly.
I have provided a link that shows exactly how this is done and where these wing nuts are.

There are two clips on the wall that holds the headlights. Push the clips away and pull the headlight housing out.

There are actually two horns, a right and a left. They are located behind the headlight assemblies. It is easy to remove the headlight assemblies by removing the plastic wing nuts that hold them in place. The horns, and their wiring, are then easy to get to.
