you must first remove the brake caliper and rotor, remove the large axel retaining nut (usually a 36mm. deep socket required), gently tap axel back making sure not to damage the threads, disconnect ABS sensor wiring harness at all retaining points, remove hub retaining bolts (on inner side of steering knuckle). Hub assy. is usually a press fit but with a small hammer and some patience it will come out. Make sure to thoroughly clean with a file and wire brush where the hub will contact and insert into steering knuckle....reverse removal and torque ALL fasteners.....not sure without lookig them up, but your parts supplier should have this info availible.

To replace the front wheel bearing on a Lexus RX 350 AWD, first, lift the vehicle and securely support it on jack stands. Remove the wheel, brake caliper, and rotor to access the hub assembly. Disconnect the hub assembly from the steering knuckle, then use a bearing puller to remove the old bearing. Install the new bearing by pressing it into the hub, reassemble all components in reverse order, and ensure proper torque specifications are followed.

Use a socket and ratchet to remove the bolts securing the universal joint to the driveshaft and the differential. Carefully press or hammer out the old joint, then install the new universal joint by aligning it properly and securing it with the bolts. Finally, reattach the driveshaft, ensuring all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications before lowering the vehicle.
