The PCM is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment about 3/4 of the way toward the headlights, it has a big black plastic cover over a grey-metal finned plate Texas toast thick plate and it has two sets of wiring harness's coming out of it. All you have to do to replace it is remove the black plastic cover, unhook the harness cables, and remove it based on what screws and bolts you can get to. Be warned, the replacement PCM must match the VIN on the BCM or your car WILL NOT START.
