How do you replace the thermostat on 96 Chevy s10?

With engine cool, drain off aprox 2 qts of coolant from the radiator, remove upper radiator hose from thermostat housing, remove thermostat housing, remove thermostat and seal, reverse order to install, make sure thermostat spring is facing into the engine.
