Its really pretty easy, I just got back in the house from doing just that. lol. Well the only tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver. one the under side of the steering colum is 3 Phillips screws. Take them out, then slightly squeeze the bottom part of the plastic and it will pop lose from the top half. the there are 2 more phillps screws to take out and 2 plugs for the wires, squeeze the raised parts of them for them to release. and then just reverse to install. hope that helps.
