you dont they dont have grease zerks you have wait until they go out and then replace them with after market parts that have a place to install a zerk

You change the control arms, upper and lower. The ball joints are manufactured into the control arms.
they screw out and the new ones screw in. The upper ones screw in but the lower ones bolt in.
I changed mine . I purchased the parts at Auto Zone.
