By "wiper hose," do you mean the tube that feeds the windshield washer?
If that's it, this is what I did. Mine got hard and broke, so I trimmed it down, and got rid of the hard, brittle parts. Then I got some vacuum hose that fit over what was left of the original plastic tube. Make it a good interference fit, and it will work great, and last forever.
take pair of plyers and grap the clamp and pull toward the center of the hose you will need to do this twice then put the new one on withthe same clamps the hose should come out of the bottmom of the windshield reservor
