as you look directly at the engine in front look down rigth behind the belts, this is a big job remove belts ,pulley, tensioner, you will see a y like shape cover remove all bolts ,remove cover,guess what you're there. I would highly recamend replacing the timing belt at the same time ,if you did not replace it yet usally around 70,000-100,000 replace it all or you're looking for major problems and which could includ new heads timing belt goes so do vlvs ,springs ech.
