I have the 3.3L and it has a timing chain instead of a belt. You must remove the alternator, compressor, Power Steering pump, water pump and tensioner. Remove the serpentine belt (replace if cracked) and then you will have access to your time chain cover. I would recommend draining the coolant and the oil to reduce the mess when you take off the cover.
Good luck, lots of work. Just got done changing the seal to the timing chain cover which was allowing coolant to leak.
