To replace the universal joints on a 2000 Lincoln Navigator, start by safely lifting the vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Remove the driveshaft by unbolting it from the differential and the transmission. Use a joint press or a hammer to remove the old universal joints from the driveshaft and install the new ones, ensuring proper alignment. Finally, reattach the driveshaft and torque the bolts to the manufacturer’s specifications before lowering the vehicle.
