To reset the engine light on a 2004 Chevy Tahoe, you can use an OBD-II scanner to read and clear any trouble codes. Alternatively, you can disconnect the battery by removing the negative terminal for about 15 minutes, then reconnect it. This may reset the engine light, but it’s important to address any underlying issues that caused the light to illuminate in the first place. Always consult a mechanic if you're unsure about the cause of the warning light.
