Just left od the Time and Set buttons you should find two letters H and M. Use a ball point pen to push the depressed buttons alongside these letters to set Hours and Minutes.
Idle speed is not adjustable on this car.
There should be a "H" and a "M" on the console with a small hole beside each of them , use a pen to push the recessed buttons.. I own a 02`Sebring and I know this works as I have done it..
The computer will set idle between 600 and 900 rpm depending on load and temperature..
