On the bottom right of the display is a hole marked "date/timeset" You can use an ink pin or some such.
First push and the minutes will flas. Second push the hour will flash You can push either the "range" or "temp/time" buttons for scrolling.
Third push the date will flash.
Fourth push the month.
Fifth push the year will flash
The sixth push will exit.
you will see arrows pointing downward above the "temp time" button upward above the "range" button push eiter to increase or decrease the Disply that is flashing. You an change the flashing disly one increment at a time or hold the button in to change it rapidly.
The idle speed on your 1995 Cadillac Eldorado can be set by adjusting the fuel pump adjustment screw. Turn the screw to the right to increase the idle speed.
hope this may help, on my 88 eldorado. it is reset or changed by pin hole. Look for a small needle hole in the area of display. mine is on lower right corner of center console, right below time and date display message.

To set the clock on your 1994 Cadillac DeVille, turn the ignition on with your key. On the bottom right corner of the clock you'll find the 'set' button. Press the button and immediately press and hold the 'seek' button. When the clock gets to the hour you want, release the 'seek' button. Next, press the 'set' button again and press the 'scan' button, and hold it while it scrolls through the minutes. When it displays the correct minutes, release the 'scan' button.
To set the clock on a 1989 Cadillac Brougham, first turn the ignition to the "On" position. Locate the clock setting button, usually found on the dashboard or near the radio. Press and hold the "H" button to set the hour, and use the "M" button to adjust the minutes. Release the buttons once the desired time is displayed.
To change the clock on a 1990 Mercury Cougar, first, locate the clock or radio controls on the dashboard. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the "HR" (hour) button to set the hour, and the "MIN" (minute) button to set the minutes until the correct time is displayed. Release the buttons, and the clock will be set.
Hold set button, Push seek for hours, push scan for minutes.
With the ignition on, press and release the "set" button on the radio. Within 5 seconds, push the "Scan" button to set the hour, push seek to set the minutes.
likely thermostat is stuck. The temp blend door actuator has failed.
Turn the ignition to run. On the radio controls, PULL the scan button out to set the hour. Once the the hour is correct, PULL the seek button out to set the minutes.
