How do you test - repair - replace the coil pack - ignition control module on a Windstar?
Coil packs can be checked for resistance with an ohm meter. If the pack is breaking down due to load or heat problems then the only way to check is to change it out. If the Windstar is a two pack model then you can swap the packs to see if the problem follows the cylinders that the possibly bad coil pack are now controlling.
