If when you write "fan control module" you really mean "fan relay", it's easy. The fan relay is usually the same as the horn or AC relay. Check the numbers on top, and if they're identical, simply swap the relays to see if the problem follows the relay or if the fan still doesn't work.
The relays are in the fuse box that's close to the battery, and they're labeled on the lid of the box. Carefully work the two relays out of their sockets and simply switch them.
If it's a relay problem, most auto parts retailers should be able to find an inexpensive replacement for you.
