First get an aftermarket intake, a nice sport one will increase horsepower and let your engine breath better. An aftermarket ECU chip is also a beautiful thing to buy which can change the limits installed on the old chip. If its a manual you can get a better clutch. You can get new sparks and plug wires. and there are always the big guns, aka turbos and such. But that's tuning not a tune up, If its handling a little bad check the tire pressure and alignment, also you can get a bottle of $5 Lucas fuel injector/carb/engine treatment. Sold at most car part stores, Put it in with a full tank of gas and I swear by it that it will make your baby run smoother.
