Check operation and/or alignment of the stoplight switch usually located at the upper end of the brake pedal -under dash area
your brake switch is either broken or out of alignment look above the brake pedal in your vehicle and make sure the switch is not hanging. The switch has to be closed to turn the lights off.
The light assy has to come off and there a couple of screws you get to from inside to remove the light.

You take your foot off the brake pedal.

The brake lights won't turn off because the brake light switch on the pedestal of the brake pedal needs to be replaced.

Sounds like the brake light switch is broken or way out of adjustment. You could remove the fuse to shut them off but don't drive the vehicle with no brake lights.
have the transmission checked ASAP
You need a scan tool. However, you should not turn off the light without repairing the problem that is causing the light in the first place.
The abs light is on because you have a problem with the system and it will remain on until the problem is fixed.
only way to turn off an ABS light is to fix the problem in the brake system that originally turned the light on
