Make sure the pump is working and water is actually getting to the spray nozzles. Simplest solution would be to disconnect the little rubbber water hose, either at the spray head, or where it exits the pump, and then blow compressed air into the tiny spray nozzle. That should blow out any debris that may be plugging the hole back out the way it came in (I prefer to use "canned air"(the kind they use to clean computer keyboards and other electronics). Good luck.

The input of a windscreen wiper typically consists of an electrical signal from a switch, which the driver activates to control the wiper's operation. This signal may vary in intensity, allowing the wiper to operate at different speeds or intervals. Additionally, some systems may incorporate rain sensors that automatically adjust the wiper's speed based on the amount of rain detected on the windscreen.

The input of an automatic windscreen wiper typically includes data from rain sensors that detect moisture on the windscreen. These sensors measure the intensity of the rain, which informs the wiper control system about how frequently and at what speed to operate the wipers. Additionally, the system may receive input from the vehicle's speed to adjust wiper performance accordingly.
The windscreen wiper aka windshield wiper was invented in 1903 by Mary Anderson
To change the windscreen wiper arm on a Peugeot 106, first ensure the wipers are off and in the resting position. Lift the wiper arm away from the windscreen, then locate the release tab or nut securing the wiper arm to the spindle. If it's a nut, use the appropriate socket to remove it; if it’s a tab, press it to release the arm. Finally, fit the new wiper arm onto the spindle, ensuring it's securely attached, and lower it back onto the windscreen.
