If you are certain the fuel pump is clogged, it would be best to change the fuel pump. Either way you have to drop the fuel tank and remove the pump. I'm not to sure if you can even buy the screen and parts seperatly. You may have to buy a new one. Have you changed the fuel filter? It may not even be the pump. I would rule out any possibilities before dropping the tank.
