Does your oil smell like it has fuel in it; if so your pump is bad and needs to be replaced. You need to remove the fuel line from the carburetor and hook a fuel

Pressure gauge to the line and start the truck, Now read the fuel

pressure, it should have 7 to 9 LBS.
