Does your oil smell like it has fuel in it; if so your pump is bad and needs to be replaced. You need to remove the fuel line from the carburetor and hook a fuel

pressure, it should have 7 to 9 LBS.

You need to check the fuel pressure and the fuel FILTER.Most common cause of that is the float level in the carburetor is not adjusted right. / not getting enough fuel.
Clogged fuel filter, air filter, or a fuel pump going bad. ckeck and see if you have water in the filter, if you do you need to drain the tank.
