To disable the voice that announces the speed limit in a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you can access the vehicle's settings through the Uconnect infotainment system. Navigate to the "Settings" menu, select "Voice" or "Notifications," and look for the option to turn off speed limit announcements. If you cannot find this setting, consult the owner’s manual for detailed instructions specific to your vehicle model.
I have a 1999 Grand Cherokee with the standard roof bars, the maximum limit recommended in the owners manual is 68Kg or 150ibs.

Yes, if equipped properly. I believe the limit for that vehicle is around 6200# with the trailer tow package.
25000
Check under the hood for any "fusible links" that may have blown.
You will need a pretty good scan tool and you cant disable it you can only increase the limit. I wouldn't do this or you will run a better chance of blowing up your engine.
sorry it is not.
I know that the 1996 grand Cherokee limited has a limit switch. It is designed to stop the window motor to protect the gears, etc. Onlhy thing, I can't find any reference to where it actually is. I suspect at the top of the regulator ride. I can't see it. And mine is bad on one window. Check Chrystler references as well.
A time limit as in parental controls you would have to login to your account on battle.net and disable it however there might be a password that your parent put on there in the first place to keep it active

You can't disable the web browser, but you can add parental controls to limit access to it.
