All i know is that i had mine lowered by turning torsion bars. put 20 chrome rims on it had to much space between tire and wheel well. i believe there is a bolt that u just loosen ot tighten to raise or lower. not sure how much you could raise yours. also heard its slightly harder on your cv joints when you raise it. i believe i lowered mine 1 inch, id say it was factory setting but i dunno if ppl b4 me had changed it.. go id say an inch you could gain from tightning yours but not compleatly sure.
i watched dude do mine not hard at all can do it on groung i believe. i wouldn't think you would get more than 1 1\2 in seeing how mine reacted to lowering
how to change upper tie rod on 96 chevy blazer
On a 1999 Chevy Blazer, the high beam headlights are located within the headlight assembly at the front of the vehicle. To activate the high beams, push the turn signal lever away from you, which is typically positioned on the left side of the steering column. If you're looking to replace the bulbs, you'll need to access the headlight assembly from the engine compartment or through the wheel well, depending on the specific configuration.
The blower motor relay for high speed would be located in the power distribution box under the hood.
Push the button that says "2 High".

Drain the blazer radiator. Refill with water. Open the heat on high, start the engine for a few minutes. Drain the system again Repeat this several times to get all of the old coolant out.
