If the place where the dipstick for the oil is comes out of the engine it will cause an oil leak. The engine might not be able to build up enough pressure to keep running either on the 1984 Cutlass Supreme. It should be replaced.
The 305 was an option on that car, so a 350 should be a bolt-in.

follow the top radiator hose to the engine the hose is attached to it with a hose clamp, there should be two three bolts holding it to the engine
A 1995 Cutlass Supreme should use R12 freon. The fittings are different between R12 and R134 so that they can not be accidentally swapped.

On an Olds Cutlass 2.8, the fuel pressure should be between 40 and 47 psi with the engine off. With the engine running, it should be between 30 and 44 psi.
it should be a 15 mm bolt. that's what it is on my 91 cutlass supreme and my 93 beretta.
