it should be a 15 mm bolt. that's what it is on my 91 cutlass supreme and my 93 beretta.

you cant, you will have to drill new holes, and place the straps there. for safety reason's you can not take the old bolts out
I hooked a tie down strap to the front hook on the engine (driver's side but towards the center of the car) and then down under the car.
