Without a donor car for parts, it would cost plenty. This is a bad idea. Sell the one you have and then go buy one with an manual. Answer It will run you about $1200 from a salvage yard. I don't know if the wire harness is the same for an auto to a manual. I agree it is probably more work then its worth.
