Water pump shaft loose?
Water pump leaking?
Water circulating in coolant system?
waqter pump is heavily leaking
i don t know. how do u seal a water pump?
Sounds like a bad water pump, or belt is slipping for water pump. Low coolant, stuck thermostat, etc.
a 2 to 5 gpm [gal per minuit ] pump, you don,t have city water ? if your on a standard water supply, you don,t need a extra pump, if your on a well then I have a deep well pump in mine that gives me 70 lbs of pressure,
inside t belt
There is no such thing as a 1929 Model T pick-up.
You say MX5, not Miata, so do you really mean 2006 or newer MX5? If you really mean 1990-2005 Miata then the water pump is behind the timing belt cover. It is not driven by the t-belt, but the t-belt must be removed to change the pump.
It Could Be Or a hose. If It Isn`t A Bad Leak. Take It To A Radiator Shop Have Them Pressure Test The System. This Is Done With a Small Pump That Fits Where The Radiator Cap Is. They Apply Around 18 lbs Pressure. Then They Can Find Your Leak. GOOD LUCK You Also May Have a Bad Freeze Out Plug++ this is a small cupped plug driven into the block to keep the engine block from cracking if it freezes. As I Reread Your Question You Seem To Be Asking If The Water Leaks From The Water Pump Area Is It Bad. If This Is What Its Doing Then Yes It Is. It Will Leak Out The Shaft Bottom It Has What Is Know As A Weep Hole. It Leaks Due To Bad Bearing And Seal.If This Is It Replace The Pump, And Bypass Hose. If Leaks Continue Then Have The Pressure Test Done. GOOD LUCK
IF you stay on it full time, it takes 2-1/2 hours. Don,t let any shop tell you different Hope this helps
First, drain the coolant from the radiator and cylinder block. Remove all the drive belts from the compressor, alternator, and power steering pump. Take out the water pump pulley followed by the water pump. Make sure to clean all the gasket surfaces thoroughly and install the new water pump in reverse order.
I had this exact problem on my 01 dodge Dakota r/t 5.9, it turned out to be my water pump. When i started evaluating the issue i noticed that the belt on the front of my water pump was not staying straight and steady, it would wobble a little left and then a little right, hence why the water pump was not spinning fast enough to cool and when you accelerate it makes that pully spin faster and cool down. Good Luck, Nathan

There are hoses, gaskets amd water pump which cause leaking. Check it out where the coolant is comming from.. The speed sensor is probablu bad.
