It took me 6 hrs, I sent the unit to a turbo shop and they checked and re-cond it for me with gaskets my time and about 450.00 clams the turbo shop is in Grand Rapids Mi. But any heavy truck shop turbo repair center may help. I also had the factory service manual for guidance. I rate the job about 5 mark your lines and hoses
