I had this same problem First check the fuse. Second check the 4.8 amp circuit breaker at the bottom of the fuse panel (these are common to go out but you have to get them at the dealer and they run about $30.00)Third check the switch with the switch key on wiper switch on take your test light and pierce the coating on the wire if those three thing are good your should get power on your test light no juice the check those three again. Finally take the motor hook it up with jumper wires to the battery, be sure you know which wire is hot when you do this. I dont know what colors are which you could consult a Haynes or Chilton manual for this
Assuming they did not work with the old wiper motor, check the fuse, check the switch.
Check either at the bottom of the windshield washer fluid reservoir or check to see if the wiper motor has washer hoses connected to it

Remove the windshield wiper arm from the windshield wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the retaining nut. Reverse the process to install the new windshield wiper motor.

The windshield wiper motor is located just below the windshield wiper blades and is covered by a black panel.
One could purchase a windshield wiper motor at a retailer such as AdvanceAutoParts. Alternatively, one could also purchase a windshield wiper motor online on Amazon or AutoZone.
The windshield wiper motor may have a short in it. The windshield wiper motor may not be grounded properly. Make sure the ground wire is tight and free of corrosion.

The wiper motor is located under the black plastic cowl below the windshield.
