To fix the fuel rail on a 1991 Chrysler Fifth Avenue, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Remove the intake manifold if necessary for access, then detach the fuel lines and any brackets holding the fuel rail in place. Replace any damaged O-rings or the fuel rail itself, ensuring all connections are secure before reassembling. Finally, reconnect the battery and check for leaks by turning the ignition on without starting the engine.
If leaking from the rail itself, the rail will need replaced. If leaking from a seal at the rail, replace the rail.

Bad ECU, replace.
The P1093 code on a 2004 Duramax typically indicates an issue with the fuel rail pressure sensor or the fuel system. To fix it, start by checking the fuel rail pressure sensor for proper operation and connections. Inspect the fuel filter for clogs and replace it if necessary. If those components are functioning correctly, consider examining the fuel lines and injectors for any leaks or blockages.
I had the same problem on mine and inside the motor all the plastic pieces were gone so I had to go to Auto zone and buy the parts to fix it.
P0463 = Fuel level Sensor A Circuit High Input. Probably a faulty fuel level sending unit in the fuel tank. Check the wiring and connections first.
sounds like the fuel pressure regulator, the one on my Buick was bad & the gas was leaking from it could be an injector o-ring on the fuel rail, just had this problem with 2 injectors on my 90 3.3L Dynasty LE simple fix actually if your even a little mechanically inclined, its 2, 13mm bolts to lift up the fuel rail and a 3dollar o-ring kit to replace them Could also be that the rail will need replaced.
Trouble code P0191 means: Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Range/Performance Replace the sensor
To fix a fuel pressure problem in a 1991 Honda Accord, first, check the fuel pump and fuel filter for clogs or failures, as these are common culprits. Use a fuel pressure gauge to test the pressure at the fuel rail; it should match the manufacturer's specifications. If the pressure is low, inspect the fuel lines for leaks or damage, and verify that the fuel pressure regulator is functioning properly. Replace any faulty components as needed to restore proper fuel pressure.
A GMC dealer will fix it for free if you haven't taken it in for the Safety Recall. See the Safety Recalls on the Edmunds web site for Oldsmobile Aurora. One recall is the fuel rail spraying fuel on the engine. Edmunds dot com
