Check the MAFS (mass airflow sensor) It's the silver-ish thing located right after the airbox (in front of the battery). If something is clogging it or if it somehow became disconnected or damaged, the car won't idle. On top of that, the car should not run well with a damaged MAFS at all, but, the most trouble will definetly be at idle. ~PorkPoney

A clock-rate is the speed at which the Serial connection sends data to another router and each connection must match the others clock-speed or a speed mismatch error will occur. For packet tracer, the clock-rate has no effect.
The frequency of a wave of light is given by speed of light/wavelength, or by energy/Planck's constant. If you know the frequency or the energy associated with the light, it is easily calculated.
Heat waves traveling at the speed of light are called RADIATION! :)

Generally 5 mph but you should always check the particular parking area for the posted speed limit.
No, you should not park on a speed bump. Parking on a speed bump can obstruct traffic flow and create safety hazards for other drivers and pedestrians. It may also be illegal in many areas and could result in a parking citation or towing. Always look for designated parking spaces to ensure safe and compliant parking.
