The grove on the front of the pulley requires a sleeve in a u shape that slides over the pulley grove and a fine threaded bolt is part of the the sleeve assembly than you tighten the bolt which in turn pushes on the pump shaft removing the pulley. They are avaible at NAPA Stores
Pulley is pressed onto pump, you need a puller to remove.
You need a special tool, pulley puller and installer to remove the pulley first then you remove both hose and bolts to remove the pump, then install new pump and hoses, bolts and finally install the pulley with the special tool, never try to hammer in the pulley, if you do new pump will brake

That is not a Allen screw in there. That is part of the pump shaft. If you are looking to remove the pump pulley you will need a power steering pulley puller. This tool will help you remove it and replace it, without the puller you will damage the pulley or the pump or both.

First remove the serp belt, then you will have to remove the pulley from the pump, if the pulley has no holes, other wise use a 13m socket with a 3in extension, & remove the 3 retaining bolts & loosen the lines & remove. . Pretty easy. . good luck. .
Simple enough. pull the harmonice balancer, aka the crank pulley. remove the crank seal and there is the low pressure motor oil pump for the 7.3
To remove the power steering pump, you will have to disconnect the air control valve hoses( two of them buttom of pump) then the retun hose. then the high presure hose. the pulley well have to be removed before you can remove the pump. the way to remove the pulley is by removing a nut that holds the pulley in place. then to frace the pulley off the pump use a ball joint separater tool between the pump and the pulley and hammer it until the pulley slides off. then unblot it form the bracket.
