You can't as it has no governor. Speed is computer controlled. ANSWER get yourself one those handheld programmers (i have a hypertech). you can remove the top speed limiter using that.

The 2004 Mazda 6, as in all modern vehicles has an electronic, that is computer controlled speed limiter. Therefore a mechanical device does not exit to be removed per se. However, there are the possibilities of custom ECM/PCM programming that may allow for the governor to be deactivated in some applications.
